• Branch profitability and maintain staff productivity, Inward and Outward clearing, Front Desk (Queries and Request),Electronic Clearing System, Cash Management (Cost Of Cash), Privilege Banking, Retail Liabilities(CASA) , CMS Operation, Retail queries & FIVE S CHAMP, Overall branch compliance and Audit.
• Presently handling team of 4 members .
• Take responsibility of all MICR inward and outward clearing of cheques with in a TAT.
• Take responsibility NEFT/ RTGS, DD & Transfer cheque processing.
• Manage all retail liabilities queries such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Account Modification, Card & Pin.
• Vault custodian and maintain gold stock in gold book and online gold tracker (E- search) and bring down cash holding limit in branch.
• Responsible for submission of monthly reports of cash (cat-2 cat-5 Reports) to corporate office
• Monitor all customer request received at branch.
• To co-ordinate with currency chest for cash requirement in for making payment to the customer.
• To take monitor of all Inward and Outward in the branch.
• To take responsibility of opening of new account, sourcing Fixed Deposits and third party fee product.
• To monitor daily basis GL Exception Report & mirror a/c with RBI
• Monitoring and training of Gold loan processing at branch.
• To manage and check all vouchers/records & sent the paid instrument/other records/vouchers for binding and storing on periodic intervals.
• Stay updated with current system information, changes and updates
• To take other responsibility entrusted from time to time.
• To train and mentor staff for changes in new process and motivate them for business.
• Handled forex transactions at branch.
• Monitoring of inbound productivity and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in branch along with fee generation and CASA growth.
