• Verifying the entire database details of prospective candidates for client companies.

• Extracting the public record information of the candidate, such as criminal, financial, and commercial records.

• Extracting, Transforming and Loading the data’s from Homogeneous Sources, Uploading the final results to the company Database and updating the same to the Client companies.

• Interact with the client or hiring managers for employment & reference verification. Coordinating with Vendors for the various reports through the Email.

• Being the part of backend hotel contract loading. Receive the Contract from the Client team of the company and hotels from different parts of the globe. Accurately load them and amend hotel contracts onto the Company Database within the SLA.

• Checking the hotel contract against the original contracts. Identifying the missing or incomplete contracts or information and requests from them form the Client.

Checking the errors and notify the Manager where missing or incomplete information is impact to given SLA.

• Daily Routine with Data Processing and mining using Excel.

• Providing Webhosting Support as Administrator L1, in ITES Department. Troubleshooting the Webhosting related issues and Providing the Email or Chat Support for the International Customers of eHost.com and Hostgator.com.

• Providing Website host services such as create or manage the websites and Domain management issues such as Registering Domain, Renewing a Domain, transferring the domain name, Enabling the privacy protection for domain names.

• Providing Support to customers to enable/renew the SSL CERTIFICATE for the domain. Also, Installing SSL certificate to customer's websites.
