● Experience in conducting secondary research on markets, products and companies using diverse sources including company annual reports, SEC filings, investor presentations, business registries, and various research tools such as Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Crunchbase, and Pitchbook.

● Entrusted with the responsibility to handle a standalone project of updating company profiles on Intelligence Centres across various industries

● Producing SWOT reports across Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment, Power, Oil & Gas industries to publishable standards.

● Capturing latest news and deal agreements and contracts, M&A database, divestitures, new product launches among others.

● Managing team of associate analysts and senior researchers in executing operational tasks according to client requests across cross-industry domain.

● Adding and updating companies to the database on various industry/product requests that includes Disruptor Tech, SPAC, Technology Startups, Venture Capital firms, and other related Ad hoc requirements.

● Train resources to build the analytical sections within the company profiles database.

● Preparing weekly and monthly MIS trackers of productivity reports for senior management.

● Managing client queries daily through email, processing the requests & resolving process issues

● Updating SOP's as per the process requirements.

• Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards
• Effective resolution of customer complaints and providing solutions/escalating problems
• Follow up on escalations and closing them
• Educating customers about Bank's other products and services (cross selling)
• Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process for better improvements
• Educating customers about channel migration.
