Responsible to manage the roadmap of the product, working with a cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Tech) to keep the product roadmap updated. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog. Closely working with UX, Dev, Tech writers, and QA to keep them on the same page with respect to product strategy and roadmap
A usual day in the office:
- Work on outlining product requirements, business cases, and product roadmap
- Competitive, market, and impact analysis for features
- Review customer feedback, prioritizing it, and transforming it into clearly defined product requirements
- Consolidate customer pain points and results of market surveys into product backlogs
- Designing & implementing strategies to increase product usage
- Work with UX, Dev, Tech Writers, and QA to keep them on same page with respect to roadmap and features
- Analyze product usage data to improve features
- Work with Sales, and Marketing Team for product positioning, go to Market Strategies, and product launch activities
- Break down problem into themes, epic, features, and user stories and prioritizing them
- Conduct feature grooming sessions to explain feature to development teams
- Continuously monitor features, customer feedback, and sales team feedback to improve product
- Product training to sales team and act as a point of contact for any user queries, clarifications on roadmap, features, or improvements.

- Admin - This module helps admin user to manage permission of different features for different clients.
- Contract Management - This module helps suppliers and clients to draft contracts in system and keep all documents in one place.
- Performance Management - This module helps suppliers and clients to capture and track their obligations so that correct billing can be done based on actual service consumptions.
- Invoice Management - This module helps suppliers and client to validate invoices based on actually agreed services in contract. This also helps them to manage credit and earnbacks that occur based on pre-defined clauses.
- Collaboration Platform - This module helps suppliers and client to manage their actions. User can use tool to track governance body meetings, actions, and issues.
- BI Dashboards and Reporting - This helps users to analyze data that is captured in contract so that user can make informed business decisions.
- User access Management - One of critical module that I have worked on. This module helps admin user to ensure that only authorized persons sees data. It defines who can see what .
- Workflow Engine - This module helps users to manage approvals of contracts. User can configure emails, approvals, conditional and parallel flows. This module has very user friendly experience that doesn't required any technical knowledge to configure workflow
