Description: AT&T is one of the leading telecom service providers in the U.S. region, and it provides various services, including wireless, fiber, and Internet Air, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Lead Management team in ATT for the retail customer base.
- Works with customers and understands the requirements.
- Provide solutions to the customer requirements in standard Salesforce lead management.
- Develop customized solutions if the requirement is complex to achieve through standard Salesforce features.
- Architected a seamless integration between Salesforce and legacy systems using MuleSoft.
- Technically, design customized UIs using client-provided mock screens.
- Prepare the technical design document and walkthrough with the product owners, scrum team, and business.
- Support the testing team in the preparation of test cases.
- Provide feedback to the scrum team in the sprint demo, and make sure that development is as per customer requirements.
- Present the technical design in the larger Salesforce architectural forum, and review it with peer architects.
- Participate in the weekly business call and provide inputs technically.
- Part of the pilot launch team for the implementation of data cloud in lead management.
Project 2: Brightspeed (Sales Cloud; Zuora)
Duration: Feb 2023 - Aug 2023
Role: Order Management Migration Support for Zuora.
Description: Provide an impact analysis in Zuora for the migration of Salesforce Vlocity to ServiceNow OM.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss and understand the migration journeys from customers.
- Deep dive into Salesforce-Zuora integration flows and prepare functional and technical flow documents.
- Support new systems for the implementation of new subscription flows from ServiceNow, OM.
- Prepare the impact analysis document, and submit it to the client.
Project 3 : Lumen Technologies (Sales Cloud)
Duration: June 2022 - Jan 2023
Role: Salesforce Technical Architect
Description: Build a new interface in Salesforce for agents to fetch new customer properties from the inventory system and submit bulk orders for the pre-activation of broadband lines in new properties.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the customer requirements and specifications.
- Design the To-Be process in the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Prepared a technical design document using LWC and Salesforce asynchronous Apex.
- Present the technical design document in the solution forum.
- Support development and testing until it goes live.
