2) Pipe line Erection and commissioning of different type of pipes (HDPE, MS, SS, GI, GRP and DI & PVC), including hydro testing.

3) Preparing the sub-contractor bills and their reconciliations in time.

4) Handling the unloading and loading of Pipe lines and supported material in site,

5) Coordinated with site personnel, clients and local government officials to achieve on-time project delivery.

1) Met with customers to discuss service needs and develop effective and practical solutions.

2) Looking after the maintenance service for Glass lined Reactors and SS agitators of 1KL to
1000 KL and Heating alignment of SS reactor shafts in Fertilizers units

3) Maintaining the breakdown record sheets and MTBF records

4) Looking all glasslined reactors, SS reactors, glasslined ANFD, SS ANFD, glasslined RCVD, glasslined receivers & tanks commissioning activities at customer site.

5)Looking all types of mechanical seals servicing done at customer site (Like open dry seal, Bearing housing seal & double mechanical seal).

1) Erection and maintenance of 950 TDS, 400 TDS, 625 TDS Chemical Recovery Boiler of 64

2) Mechanical Maintenance of conveyors like Belt type, Bucker type and Screw type, Chain type Elevators and Valves, Fans, Agitators, Lump crushers and Cooling Towers,

3) Erection of Lifter plates, heating chains, feed screw, mud filter, electro static precipitator

4) Preparing the Shutdown activities in Rotary Kiln area with a team of 6 supervisors, 60 employees and 100 contract workmen

5) Making road map and coordinating with team regarding maintenance as a part of PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE pillar member

6) Analyzing the root causes for all breakdowns by using suitable tools like Why – Why analysis or Fish bone analysis for breakdowns

7) Conducting MTTR Projects, Performing FMEA and MTBF on critical equipment's

8) Preparing Standard Operating Procedures(SOP’s) for each activity ,conducting trainingsto employees on same. Also performing Planned Job operation(PJO) of critical activitiesduring m/c shut.

1) Pipe line Erection and commissioning of different type of pipes (HDPE, MS, SS, GI, GRP and DI & PVC),

2) Erection and Installation of Vertical Turbine pumps and Centrifugal pumps

3) Successfully commissioned the 324 KM pipe line (HDPE, PVC) within the time margin given by the client.
