Preparing Contractual Payroll/Revising pay sheets Inputs of PF & ESIC as per Minimum wages act. Contract license checking & Renewal follow-ups. Strong Involving in Leave Management & Updating Leave balance every month. Co-Ordination In Motivation Scheme - Suggestion scheme, Attendance Reward, Appreciation letter, Organizing Annual functions and sport activities. Follow-up & Updating the training manuals / individual training records of employees, assisting the organization to achieve their set targets within the stipulated time limit. Responsible for Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc. Responsible for implementation long term Employee/Industrial Relations strategy aligning with the Objectives of the unit. Responsible for developing effective communication and counseling system with the employees. Responsible to serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering Management policies and helping resolve work-related problems and work place conflicts and resolving employee grievances. Responsible for employee discipline as per the provisions of Service conduct rules applicable to the company. Responsible for Employee Education, Employee Development and Employee Motivation. Responsible for Total Contract Labor Management system in the unit and the compliance of various statutes applicable to the contract Labor. Spearheading the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Responsible for developing staffing plans in consultation with the units heads & coordinate recruitment team and selection process. Responsible for coordinating with vendors and all plant leads for implementation of manpower mix( I.e., Apprentice deployment and conversion of contract to permanent). Responsible for the Security arrangements in the unit/plant. Responsible to implement skill matrix on shop floor subsequently to implement employees training and development program. Facilitate in regulating the employee cost and over time and enhancing employee productivity and inculcation of multi-skilling concept. Facilitate in implementation of Safety at the plant and assist the unit in preventing the personal injuries and maintaining a safe work environment by way of making protective clothing and work permit system etc. mandatory. Responsible for employees’ participation in various Programs. Responsible for monitoring the ongoing implementation of HR policies and procedures in the unit as well in all other branches directed by the corporate. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Responsible for identifying the training needs, conducting training programs (Internal & External) in consultation with the Unit Head and Functional Managers. Closely working with the Shared Service team for employee data management, new joiner organization engagement. Other Admin & Relevant Involvements: Canteen Management, Vehicle Management/Transportation, GPA/Health Insurance follow-ups, Office Management: Handled Accommodation follow-up. Around 20 room’s allocation to employees with the help of Guest House in charge. Administration work, cash flow, wages distribution, policies amount distribution, preparing daily cash expenditure, cost control. Involvement in the Welfare Policies like Anniversary & Birth day Gift Distribution, Reward & Recognition etc, Policy Framing and Implementation.
