• Roles & Responsibilities
• Redemption process:
• Experience in handling Redemption transactions for MMF (Money Market Fund) Investments including Eastspring Investment Cash Management Fund Class RE08R, P08, P23, P2GR.
• Proficient in processing I UTA (Individual Unique Transaction Account) transactions alongside MMF transactions.
• Skilled in managing TUTA MMF transactions efficiently.
• Capable of managing Redemption Details including type (partial/full/cool off), mode (amount/units), value, payment mode (cheque/credit), bank details (name, account number, branch), and country specifics (e.g., Malaysia)
• Familiar with the requirement of Agent Codes for Additional Purchase transactions.
• Switch transactions:
• Proficient in processing switch transactions using a single scheme, starting with copying the folio number and selecting the scheme.
• Experienced in handling redemption transactions within IUTA (Individual Unique Transaction Account), focusing on partial units processing.
• Knowledgeable about exempting load charges for NON IUTA transactions.

Skilled in executing 100% switches for both UTA and NON I UTA transactions during Additional Purchase and Switch operations.

Access account information through reports to verify primary holder and NRIC Number.

• Analyze folio types (e.g., EPF) to identify exceptions where multiple folios are found.
• Reject transactions if multiple EPF folios are identified for the same investor.
• Verify NRIC Number to determine the number of folios for an investor before processing EPF transactions.
• Match the given folio number in the transaction form with the folio number on record.
• Check transaction type (e.g., EPF) and Agent code consistency for transactions involving multiple folios.
• Ensure each EPF transaction has only one folio and one agent before proceeding.

• Roles & Responsibilities.
• Transaction monitoring of Corporate and Retail Internet Banking and Investigation for Fraud UPI transactions.
• Products: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking (IMPS vs UPI).
• Review Real-time Internet Banking transactions (RIB – I2I, Beneficiary Registration) and (CIB-NEFT, RTGS).
• Identify fraudulent and suspicious transaction
• Interact with customers via recorded lines to verify transactions.
• Block Debit cards and reset passwords for Debit and Credit parties to prevent further misuse.
• Raise dispute-related Service Requests (SR’s) using FCRM (Fraud Case Reporting Mechanism) for further investigation.
