RPA developer with an experience nearing 2 years in multiple organizations.
Worked on severalinternal group-based projects at the earliest stage to build my expertise as an RPA developer.
With experience, I have successfully taken up multiple individual projects which have been crucial for my growth as a professional, From working for real clients with set deadlines and high deliverable percentage, I have excelled in all factors, be it making low breaks or high deliverable automations.
Designed complex bots that led to increased productivity in logistics, admin and retail departments and led to the savings of 20,4,7,and 12 FTE (Full-time employees) respectively in my previous projects. Currently handling an enhancement.
I work as an Individual Contributor, designed my own SDD, logged my hours and efforts in Jira, uploaded my code in Bitbucket, raised requests for a change to move into production and also testing my code according to all parameters and guidelines, decided upon at the start of the process and also during the project as and when there is any new requirement provided by the business.
Mentoring 3 freshers in the digital automation team, as a buddy in their individual projects while working on the individual projects mentioned below:
1. Rerouting of Backorders and Phase 2 Enhancements of the same bot - We are using the the concepts of Db connection and data fetch, partial scheduling of dispatcher, providing partial reporting even if the last run is still running.
Excel manipulations, branch mapping, Sap functions, Mailing systems, working to help out 20 FTE'S with a volume of almost 1500 per day of workload which my bot executes solely and doesn't need any human intervention. Developed as multi-bot system where there were 2 locks involved in it.
2. User Password Upgrade
It involved reading of a file from a mail, processing in an ETQ reliance portal, Changing of password throught the Orchestrator API , creating randomized passwords and emailing the password to the respective mail IDs. Here we use UI Automations, Excel and Email automations, Http request activities, created reusable libraries and object repositories, and it works on the concept of file based reporting where the final report is sent based on the file that is processed.
3. Item Setup - There's the usage of Sap functions, Excel and Email automations, self created Libraries and modified RE Framework Templates, Internal UI portal where we did UI Automations, and usage of various methodology to move through that process.
4. Date Data Scheduling - This was a straight forward process but with high volume where we used certain data provided to us in an excel and going and processing it in the Va02 Tcode in Sap thus working around the same technologies.
Increased exposure to UiPath and RPA and gained extensive knowledge about sequences, flow diagrams and Re Frameworks and how it helps us in automating tasks where we dispatch data through a dispatcher, work on transactions through a performer and send a final report using Wrapper.
Worked on various Excel automations where we fetch data and transform it into edited formats for changing orientation, colors and also to make calculations, string manipulations or dispatching it to orchestrator for further processing.
Email Automations where we fetch files from email to process them or to send a final report, after processing data to stakeholders. Sorting mail, reading and replying to emails were also a part of learning.
Ui Automation and API Automations, where we usually work automating websites, either by fetching data using API or through data extraction. Learned to load data to queues, implementing triggers, RE Frameworks, creating delays and scheduling tasks.
Mentored 3 interns throughout their internship phase.
Started as a summer intern in Maersk as an OCM or Ocean Capacity Management intern, where I learned about the department's role to manage the position of containers and the distribution of freight within them.
Advanced level exposure and use of C# and introduction to automation using attended and unattended bots and their know-how.
Introduction to Uipath as a tool to automate tasks that need huge manual effort, which a single bot does in a much faster, error-free manner and its integration and use in the regular functioning of the team.
