• Planning with the Product Management team and other senior stakeholders to define scope and create plans
• Requirements management in Git - Breaking down requirements into EPICs, features and stories
• Mentoring new Business Analysts and managing requirement deliverables (user stories, acceptance criteria, Test Plans etc.)
• Defining and prioritizing requirement backlog for the team, Participating in (and accepting) team estimations
• Creating user stories, Conducting the grooming & planning sessions for the team, reviewing team deliverables
• Conducting domain training for the local crew

Responsibilities

• Planning with senior stakeholders on enhancement demands, high level estimations, timelines & delivery schedules, periodic status reviews
• Detailed requirement analysis and drafting BRD/FSDs for stakeholder reviews, breaking the requirements into user stories for agile delivery
• Defining and prioritizing requirement backlog for the team, Participating in (and accepting) team estimations
• Creating user stories & acceptance criteria, Conducting the grooming & planning sessions for the team
• Reviewing team deliverables, conducting demos for the stakeholders
• Mentoring junior staff members, providing guidance on professional development opportunities and career progression paths within the company.

Responsibilities

• Use case modeling and reviews as part of the product management team
• Mentoring application teams with functional knowledge of Settlements processing
• Iteration Planning with the Product Managers and other client analysts
• Defining and prioritizing requirement backlog for the team, Participating in (and
  accepting) team estimations
• Creating user stories, Conducting the grooming & planning sessions for the team
• Reviewing team deliverables, accepting the technical and test deliverables
