• Hands on experience for Operations & trouble shooting of various equipment like Twin Roll Dewatering Press, BSW (vacuum filter), Continuous digesters, Turbo washers, Various types of screens, Centricleaner, Centrifugal Pumps, MC Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Reactors etc.
• Extensive knowledge of continuous and batch processes, hands on various unit operations viz Heat Transfer, Mass transfer, Material balance, washing & screening.
• Maintain all records related to production(PP), quality(QM), maintenance(PM), material movement(MM) in SAP (ERP). Regular tracking of live Dashboards & MIS reports to debottleneck the improvement areas of plant.
• Prepare Root cause analysis & Cause-Effect diagram for any deviation in Production, Chemical consumption & Quality form target or any breakdown
• Responsible for maintaining best practices like FIFO, OTIF, JIT, SFCF, 6S and to adhere safety, environment & legal compliances in plant
• Presenting daily reports to higher management with respect to production, waste, capacity utilization, product quality, COP
• Conduct training for Operators at department level for CLRI,6S,TPM,EHS,Asset care and Statistical problem solving related to Process & Safety at regular intervals.

• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of different equipment like Twin Roll Dewatering Press, BSW (vacuum filter), Plug screw, Turbo washers, Various types of screens, Centricleaner, MC & centrifugal Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Reactors etc.

• Maintain all records related to production, quality, maintenance, material movement, work permits etc. in SAP S4 HANA.

• Prepare Root cause analysis & Cause-Effect diagram for any deviation in Production, Chemical consumption & Quality form target or any breakdown.

• Responsible for ClO2 & O2 plant operation, trouble shooting, scheduled maintenance and chemical handling.
• Monitoring plant operation and controlling parameters through DCS (ABB). Punch all records related to production, quality, maintenance, material movement, work orders etc. in SAP.
• Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of different equipment like Evaporators, Absorbers, Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Heating system, Chiller(VAM), Cooling towers, Disintegrator ,Blowers, Compressors, VPSA etc.
• Handling explosive and hazardous chemicals like: Sodium chlorate, Methanol, H2O2, H2SO4, NaOH etc.

• Responsible for new product development and maintain all types of records related to it for future decision making.
• Responsible for addressing quality complaints and customer site visits to resolve issues and further analyze the reasons through QC tools.
• Responsible for facilitating quarterly/monthly QSA/QPA audit by customers and close NCs within timelines
• Responsible for making SOPs for production and quality control departments to maintain batch cycle time and quality parameters.
• Performance tracking: Generation of the various reports for analyzing the efficiency & improvements.
• Monitoring execution, skills, reducing losses & management of shop floor and provide trainings to production and quality team on 5S, safety, chemical handling, reliability testing, quality testing & SOPs
• Take part in the monthly review meetings and execute corrective actions, resolve safety and environment issues and ensure adherence to internal and external norms.

• Responsible for Operation of Reaction & Drying unit for pesticide manufacturing plant.
• Hands on experience of handling different equipment like Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Reactors, Multi-Effect Evaporator, Heating system, Centrifuges and Disintegrator etc.
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that will enhance Production , energy efficiency, product quality and environmental performance of plant.
• Involved in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of new facilities to minimize wastages and enhance process efficiency thereby ensuring smooth startup and stable operation of the plant.
• Presenting daily reports to higher management with respect to production, yield, wastage, capacity utilization, product quality, safety measures and environmental impact.
• Involved in preventive and predictive maintenance activities of equipment to ensure good asset health and zero breakdown.
