Product Mobile banking UPI/IMPS:

• Define process for products related to Mobile banking application.
• Work as a part of a UAT team responsible for end to end testing as per business requirement.
• Manage product roadmap definition and metrics for mobile banking channel.
• Work closely with vendors to drive production priority and closure.
• Day-to-day management of the mobile channel with the aim of maximizing a sustained benefit from the initiatives.
• Monitoring GL Justification reports of IMPS/UPI.

Product Debit Card/ATM/Recycler machine :

• Monitoring & Management of offsite ATM/Recycler machine.
• Manage and develop Debit Card propositions from end-to-end, i.e. system, business strategies & plan execution.
• Compliance/Incorporation of New Amendments by VISA / NPCI in existing setup of Debit card/ATM/BNA/Recycler.
• Work as a part of a UAT team responsible for end to end testing as per business requirement and marketing of Debit card and other department products.
• Work closely with network associations, Switch vendor and Senior to develop business strategies.
• Coordination with Technology team to incorporate Regulatory Changes existing.
• Coordination with Vendors to incorporate Regulatory Changes existing.
• Coordination with IT team for reasoning out decline transaction of debit card (domestic & international).

• Handling reconciliation of Rupay and Visa debit card transactions.
• Generating Monthly MIS for reconciliation.
• Authorizing entries in the Finacle system for day end process
• Reconciliations of GL accounts, NEFT settlement accounts & Maintenance of MIS
• Handled profile of Sub-member Banks-NFS Sharing.
• Manage and develop Debit card propositions from end-to-end, i.e. system, business strategies & plan execution.

• Worked in State Bank of India ATM Switch Center in CBD Belapur as a Vendor,
• Handling reconciliation of Rupay and Visa debit card transactions .
• Maintaining a records of all documents received through branches.
• Answered to the daily query / complaint mails by customers or branches.
• Prepared daily / weekly reports for NFS departments as per their standard formats.
