Project: 3C4S/Dashboard (Mercedes Benz-MBRDI)

Role: Scrum Master

· Working as Scrum Master and facilitating scrum events and meetings: Daily scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement, etc.

· Facilitating and participating in SAFE ceremonies - PI planning, Coach Sync, System demo, Shopfloor.

· Identifying and mitigating risks, along with clearing impediments for team.

· Coached colleagues/developers to help them improve Agile maturity.

· Working with globally distributed teams and ensuring effective coordination.

· Identifying and mitigating risks, along with clearing impediments for team.

· Assisting PO in Scrum processes and further supporting team in maintaining Product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Maintaining burndown charts, preparing weekly dashboards and monthly status reports for clients.

· Ensuring documentation, test cases, test plans, etc. for the project are in place.

· Coaching the developers in self-organizing and cross-functionality.

· Coached colleagues from internal and customer team to help them improve the Agile maturity.

· Knowledge and expertise in Jira.

Project: Alexa

Role: Functional Tester, Scrum Master

· Understanding the Business Requirements and functionality of the system

· Prepare and Execution of test cases as per requirement.

· Involved in preparing the traceability matrix.

· Preparing Defect Report and assigning the defects to developer.

· Involved in System and Functional testing.

· Mapping functional requirements with test cases.

· Retesting the cases where defect has been raised.

· Responsible for Regression Execution and, hence reporting defects.

· Attended daily scrum and weekly review meetings as a part of agile methodology.

· Introduced Agile practices through engagement planning and preparation, training and workshops, release planning, drive architectural collaboration between business and technical team.

· Experience in facilitating scrum events and meetings: daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, product backlog refinement, etc.

Role: Trainee

Undergone training program with Infosys limited. Worked in different skills like Java, HTML, DBMS, SQL. Trained in three tiers of enterprise application namely business, persistence, and presentation.
