About Project: - JWC is a multi-use development project located within the heart of (BKC), a commercial complex in the suburbs of Mumbai. Covering 75,000 square meters of prime land with 788,340 square meters of operational area. The contract is worth $678 million.

• As Package Safety Lead, ensured safe completion of Facade works, BMU (Building maintenance Unit) installation, helipad construction, and Media Wall works at JWC Commercial Tower.
• Ensure the overall safety and compliance of all project site activities, maintaining a zero-incident culture
• Oversee implementation of HSE protocols across all phases of the project, from design to execution.
• Conduct regular HSE promotion and awareness campaigns to foster a proactive safety culture among all personnel.
• Lead site safety audits, inspections, and TBTs to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans and ensure all personnel are trained and prepared for potential incidents.
• Review contractor HSE plans and MSRA ensure alignment with project-specific safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Weekly HSE walkthrough with top Management and attending HSE meeting.
• Daily per days Focus inspection at site, such as Permit to work system, Hot work, Floor opening management, Safety welfare facility, HSE walkthrough report, Electrical Management.
• Monthly Reports Such as Fire Audit, Contractors Audits, Store inspection reports, Site Illumination lux level and Noise level reports. TBT tracking.
• MOM meetings, Kick off meeting & Safety weekly walk through.
• Daily Site or Plant inspection and cover workers safety, safe environment surrounding, Health & hygiene condition for workers.
• Conduct periodically Mock drill for emergency conditions.
• Maintain legal statuary compliances as per Factory act 1948, BOCW act and MPCB.
• Ensure with EPRP (Emergency Preparedness Response Plan), Safety Plan, Marshall Team, Rescue team and Disaster management plan, Emergency evacuation etc.
• Maintain with legal requirements of Pollutions at plant such as Noise, Air, Land pollution and DG emission.
• Maintain Hazardous waste and Bio medical waste treatment tie up with third party as per MPCB for dispose.
• Maintain BBS to make safety culture, improve it & maintain it.
