As head of Business Development & Talent Management i was responsible for :

  • Fundraising activities / Pitching to angel investors
  • Responsible for on boarding companies
  • Recruiting & training the relationship Management team

Achievements

  • Played a crucial role in raising 1 Million USD from Exfinity Ventures
  • Onboarded major clients such as MoonFrog Labs, Kungfu Factory & HDFC Bank, Indigo , RBL Bank , Liv Space, Swiggy to name a few

  • Setting up a green field manufacturing project for manufacturing monocoque buses & coaches
  • Setting up & managing the business development & relationship management team
  • Liaison with Government bodies on an ongoing basis

  • Secured 175 crores orders from leading State Transport organization such as Karnataka State Road Trasnport Corporation , APSRTC , Atal Indore - Madhya Pradesh , Kadamba - Goa
