Playing role of offshore delivery manager responsible for solution and implementation of complex end to end system integration projects from conception through final completion in financial services domain, drive automation and value realization for clients.

• Currently leading offshore team (100+) for Duck Creek Insurance platform implementation at AIG. Program consists of implementation of Duck Creek Policy & Claims suite to replace current platform for AIG’s PCG business group involving design and implementation of upstream and downstream interfaces such as common Digital Front End, Data Integration layer, Third party Integrations etc.
• AXA XL -Lead team of (Peak 75 FTE) developers across Claims & Policy domains to deliver complex SI projects across US & UK including multiple integration projects as part of AXA-XL Catlin merger which involved claims data migration, business and performance enhancement of existing claims application to support business of new entities. Successfully adhered to strict SLA clauses.
• AXA HK - Onshore program lead based out of Hong Kong responsible for End to End delivery of program (peak 65 FTE) to develop robust Data and API regional platform using Agile methodology to define single solution across multiple entities (HK, MY, PH, SG, TH, ID), channels (Web, mobile, Sales Force) and line of business (Life, Health, GI) providing cost savings and reducing time to market. Responsible for setting up Agile teams in India, Hong Kong and Philippines. Supported AXA HK to define target operating model for Agile and DevOps implementation.
• Clearstream (Part of Deutsche Börse group) - Offshore delivery manager (Peak 80 FTE) for green field fixed price complex system integration initiative (Position management system) to respond to changes in business environment due to advent of Target to Securities (T2S) centralized settlement platform by European Central Bank. Delivered high quality, high performing application capable of processing 40% of Euro zone volume.
• Wellington Asset Management Company - Application/Technical lead responsible knowledge transition from incumbent vendor, maintenance and enhancement of Reference Data application which manages securities, issuer and issuer families, processes pricing feeds from multiple vendors, provide best price for decision making by applying complex rules.
• Goldman Sachs - Worked as development and support lead for several complex applications in regulatory, compliance space.
• UBS - Worked on replacing manual entry into key downstream systems with automated feed of data from Account Workflow (AW) involving, automated real time feed of ALERT data Settlement Instructions, Confirmations and Core Account Data) from external vendor database, Omgeo.

• Responsible for development, support and maintenance of in-house Human Resource Management System.
