To estimate the future financial needs and performance of projects.

• Process improvement:

To create methods that make the projects efficient and transparent, in line with execution processes.

• Data and reports: Providing data and reports to management.
• Resource planning: Planning resources effectively
• Training: Providing project-related training and knowledge sharing across the teams
• Decision-making: Enabling better decision-making by providing accurate and timely project data and insights

Responsibilities

• Preparation of most economical Scaffold and Formwork designs, drawings as per project requirements.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, monitoring design errors, and make a recommendation to stop their reoccurrence.
• Understanding the various temporary work scopes of the project for budget preparation.
• Liaising with material controllers for material planning and delivery.
• Coordinating with external suppliers/designers for timely preparation of designs, drawings to suit the project requirement, and provide site assistance for execution as per the designs.
• Ensure all the designs are prepared to meet the HSE standards and BS code of practices, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress.
• Preparation of method statement, Risk assessment, and working program for various activities and make changes whenever necessary.
• Liaising with Consultant, professional staff for timely approval of design and drawings.
• Coordinating with the related person of various departments to ensure that all works are done as per specification and to avoid any clashes or delays in the project.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.

• Preparation of static equipment/piping Isometrics, spool replacement, and general assembly drawing for Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
• Using all the necessary documents such as Piping Specification, Piping STDs.
• Preparing Target plan (Daily Plan, two weeks look Ahead program, and managing resources to achieve the target.
• Provided technical support to engineering teams, resolving issues related to mechanical designs and drafts.

-MRF TCC Plant expansion, Tiruchirappalli Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Setting out the site and organizing facilities.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems arising at the site.
• Coordination of structural, architectural drawings for providing marking or cross-checking.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Checking levels at corresponding intervals during construction stages.
• Ensuring the project meets agreed standards and time scale.
• Preparation of preliminary bills for all major activities including scaffolding, formwork, concreting, subcontractor, and labor bills.
• Attending daily and weekly meetings and preparing necessary reports.
• Obtaining the necessary checklists signed by authorized project management consultants and clients.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure the materials, designs, labors, or equipment will deliver on time.
• Managing all Construction site activities and reporting to Project Manager
• Taking responsibilities for safety and health on site
