• Engagement Strategy: Designed and managed conferences, roundtables, consultations etc to educate and engage stakeholders across thematic areas, facilitating sessions and synthesizing collaborative perspectives.

• Led the action research on climatic and non-climatic stressors for gendered Vulnerability Assessments across the IHR with an intersectional approach in the multi country Himalayan Adaptation, Water and Resilience (HI-AWARE) Research project
• Strategizing for gender inclusive climate adaptive water management plans in the Climate Adaptive Equitable Water Management Plans for Cities in South Asia (CAEMPS) project across India and Nepal aiming to solve for urban water security issues.
• Collaborating closely with State and Local government bodies in Uttarakhand to provide evidence to inform ULBs' planning for urban water security.

• Led the study on Women farmers' collectives in Maharashtra and analysed their functioning in the course of natural resource conservation through a gender and collective action lens

• Led the study on Joint Forest Management Practices in the Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary in Maharashtra and its consequent impact on community life with a focus on gender justice.
