· I then Upload profile of candidate onto the Tata Consultancy Services Portal, LifeWorks (Telus International) Portal or Vodafone Intelligent Services Portal.

· I then upload the candidate details that I uploaded to the Google Sheet

Follow up with the candidates for the interview incase they get shortlisted

· Involved in End- to – End Recruitment

· I Screen the Portals of Monster and Shine

· Lining up of the candidates for the interview and conducting their interview on Skype

· Discuss about the salary package and make the CTC details accordingly

· Upload the Details of the Candidate to the software

· Validate the candidate documents.

· Follow up with the Candidates till the time the joining

· Once the Candidates join, I do the Onboarding process
