Rumit Nanda

• started as a CCP for FRP where our business was just to do only FRP enrollments but after few months the business grew exponentially and FRP collect was introduced hence both enrollment and collect became core responsibilities of my job.
• In june'23 FRP was segredated in two teams those are FRP BLEND and FRP collect and currently I am a part of FRP BLEND
• Key responsibilties are to engage with cms to indentify their financial desires and accordingly provide them payment solutions such as FRP enrollment apart from this in my I do all types of account maintainance such as bank account change, payment date change , auto pay date change etc.

worked as Master Fraud Specialist at AH Fraud

• worked for Global fraud protection department as a specialist for inbound voice function
• Key responsibilities were to determine fraud or no fraud after speaking to the cm and accordingly take steps
• verify all fraudelent charges and setup fraud cases and forward it to fraud back office que to resolve the case and refund to cm and simultaneously offer card replacement and secure overall account's security.
