• Able to design and delivery more than 50 Lithium battery designs having application in EV, ESS and various industry just under 1 year.
• Able to run Lead generation, CRM and technical grooming rounds for all the sales and marketing team members successfully in a short time of 1 month.
• In less that 1 year able to register our company in more than 10 government department and achieve 100% of target in the B2B division which contributes 80% of the companies business.

The company is a subsidiary of Soar India which was designing, manufacturing and procuring Lithium cells, Lithium battery pack machineries and battery testers in China.

• In matter of just 3 months have done strategy investment and produced LFP cell manufactured after thorough FMEA of the cell.
• Sold Lithium products of 1.5M$ to more than 10 countries in just under 1 year. Also successfully did certification in the given stipulated time.
• Have formed 6 business collaboration partnerships with the Chinese companies dealing with Lithium battery machinery, Lithium cell raw material and Lithium cells.
• Developed Lithium cell testing program for LFP and NMC cells assuring quality to customers which in result less than 0.01% failure.
• Had arranged a successful Marketing camp at the Guangzhou battery expo. We were successful to attend more than 400 local as well as global customers.

The company started as a Electronic manufacturing startup but with its growth entered in Lithium battery business and today has one of the best state of the art battery pack manufacturing setup in India.

• Have designed, planned and setup 200MW Lithium battery pack manufacturing factory in less than 3 months.
• Built sales, service and engineering team to execute Lithium battery for EV, ESS and other industrial application. Battery size from 100W to 100KW.
• Designed and built battery pack with IP67 and high continuous discharge rating till 5C rating for EV and defense application as per their SOR.
• Developed a software for making datasheets of Lithium batteries in less than 30 seconds.
• Has been a part of a team who has produced more than 100K battery packs in less than a year.
• Had develop and outdoor design centre for customers to do CAD, CAE and CFD analysis for their product on ideation stage.

The company works in the field of solar and was my first startup. Solar integration, solar home and street light systems are some of the products.

• Executed first largest 100% off-grid Solar projects of 200KW in the region.
• Successfully able to win orders for Solar products from Central government of India.
• Developed dealer and distribution network for solar products integrated with ZOHO CRM. This automated the sales process and saved 100 of man hours of the company.
• Started a Lead generation drive which collected more than 5,000 companies key decision making people data. Which was later used for business development.

MPGI is a well know engineering college in the region and offers various difference science and art courses.

• Got 100% result in EMF and digital electronic subject. It happen for the first time in the University.
• Trained students to make there own testing instruments and testing kits for the practical sessions.
• Was the first professor who started a startup and was allowed to carry on business and job simultaneously.

I was a part of Group lead by Dr. C.H.Tan and Dr. Gavin Williams who were do research on 3D photo resist, Solar cell and LED semiconductor materials.

• Was involved in device fabrication, characterization and testing of Solar cell using MOCVD deposition technique.
• Successfully done material characterization by FTIR and XRD spectroscopy.
• Successfully traced failure problems in the LED wafer and demonstrated solution using TCAD simulator.
• Successfully applied photo resist on 3D substrate by using unique deposition and lithography techniques.

The company develops products for educational and defense institute on NRE basis.

• Worked on real time defense product from scratch to system level.
• Did PCB design for power supply using TI power management IC and fabricated the PCB in house.
• Coordinate with the Defense and Educational institute engineers and researchers on daily basis.
• Introduced alternate design concept to compare results with the customer proposed solution. Also coordinate with component suppliers on project basis.
