Upskill: Over 60 hours of learning materials presented as video lectures/blogs, course assessment quizzes, self assessment quizzes. Students have the option to view their progress through report cards and institutions can monitor the progress of their students through an institution dashboard
Interact: Latest news feeds form the world of finance, podcasts, blogs and interviews with entrepreneurs and academicians

• Co-Found GoPoolit Limited (United Kingdom) in 2020, a social media platform for the charity sector where users create content that generates funds for various causes from across five continents
• Established GoPoolit India Private Limited in 2020, a product development company with a team size of 20 developers that created the web application, mobile applications (android and iOS), country specific sandboxes and internal dashboards for the global operations
• Managed a team of business development consultants based out of India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Australia, England, North America and South America
• Onboarded over 100 charities from across the world

• • Established Home Fundraising India Private Limited (Home India), a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Fundraising Ltd-UK (Home UK) in 2012 to provide the parent company with software development and data processing services
  • Home India saved the parent company over 250,000 GBP a year between 2012 to 2018
  • Started Home India's fundraising operations in 2015 with a unique 2 stage business model. Overall revenue between 2015-2019 was 20 crore
  • From the onset, increased the average monthly ask by 60% against industry standards thus increasing the ROI for clients
  • Negotiated contracts with national and international charities worth INR 36 crores
  • Built strong infrastructures and teams consisting of head of operations, fundraising managers, client services, deputy fundraising managers, data and stats managers, quality control, welcome calling, software development and human resources managers
  • Expanded the fundraising operations from 1 city with 8 fundraisers to 4 cities with over 150 fundraisers in 3 years
  • With a team of software developers, headed the planning and execution of product development varying from an in-house donor and fundraiser management database, dashboards, gps tracking, mobile apps (android and iOS) and online tablet-based donor recruitment. With technology was able to bring down pre-export donor attrition by 25% thus saving the company about 2 crores in losses annually
  • Established new standards in the sector with employee attrition below 5%
  • As a result of strategic financial and business planning, adapted the fundraising model from a 2 stage to a 1 stage model in 2018 which resulted in a pretax profit margin of 400% against the previous three years combined

• Operations manager for the Sheffield office where I personally trained and managed over 1000 fundraisers and raised over 8 million pounds for charities over a period of 3 years
• Increased the number of fundraisers in the region by 300%
• Helped establish new regional office in Leeds and Nottingham
• Turned the Birmingham region around from a loss-making operation to the top 3 regions in the country
