Now a day an industry aims at more production with less man power and less cost, without any interruption. In our project, we do chamber feeding mechanism project in one of the major Leading Company. It is the bearing manufacturing industry, Bearing is the most important in all manufacturing machines. It is any of various machine elements that constrain the relative motion between two or more parts to only the desired type of motion. Here there are many processes done before manufacturing a bearing. In this section the machine form the bearing two half shaped curve and it delivered each stroke two pieces in the form of opposite side send it to next process through conveyor & stored in the chamber. In this process delay due to feeding the bearing in the chamber for next process because of 1st half shaped curved bearing fall into the chamber, next half curved bearing should reject due to old mechanism in the conveyor. The rejected material would load by the labour manually. For this old process it reduces the production, increase the labour cost and also reduces the profit. Hence by using chamber feeding mechanism, we solve the above problems.
