Co-ordinate with external vendors and other support teams to ensure all calls/issues are close within stipulated SLA line
System configuration in methodical and seamless manner to avoid downtime in daily operations
Providing Technical Support for various devices (MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Video Conferencing Devices).
Installed various software packages using Remote Installation Services and manual configuration
Preparation all Daily Call report, Inventory, Vendor reports & other infrastructure related reports
Experience in handling Key Users & VIPs calls
Managing onboarding & offboarding process of associates and coordinating with P&O, providing IT NOC to offboarded associate once we receive IT assets
Ensure that the laptops in Pull stock, are working properly & no issues occur at time of temporary allocation
Conduct effective induction session of training for new joiners
Take User/Customer Feedback through Help Desk Tool, occasionally talk/meet users to understand their exact issues to maintain CSAT
Manage entire scope define as per the SLA & TAT Managing IT asset records and inventory as an IT Asset Manager
Ensure that whatever material sent out for Replacement/Repair, are received back & in specified time
Ascertaining physical inventory at different locations, ensure it is updated after operational changes and correct configuration is available to engineer when call is logged for given asset
Work with key business personnel, other development, testing and deployment teams to coordinate activities.
