• Assets & Inventory Management
• Active Directory to mange users, roles, and permission.
• As per company policy maintain 98% compliance in windows OS platform
• Office 365 License management & outlook issues.
• Incident/task tickets handling & resolving in Helpdesk tool.
• Maintain more then 20k assets in inventory tools, and assets assignment to new users as per requirements
• Strong Endpoint device supports like (desktop laptops, printers) etc.
• Experience to install Operating System on Servers and monitoring the same.
• Install, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Maintain & resole Hardware, Software, network, and Printer issues
• Experience working on remedy and helpdesk ticketing tool.

• Windows Installation and configuration of Linux servers configures basic services like printer mapping on samba server & FTP Server.
• Managing User accounts, groups, file systems and Security.
• Creating and removing volume groups, physical volumes and logical volumes work for a permanent solution on recurring network Incidents. Troubleshooting and resolving domain related issues.
• Rack Mounting With multiple switchs & routers
• Good Knowledge of Multiple Network & Thermal Printers like Kyocera, Canon, Brother, Zebra & TSC.
• OS Installation Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11 Software installation VMware, Outlook Installation & Troubleshooting.
• Domain configuration in MAC ,Manage user accounts & Data Transfer & Recovery in MAC.
