- Curated over 15 plus 360 degree competency assessment tools and built various competency frameworks for clients
- Further involved in the statistical testing of validation and reliability of the tools, identifying trends within the responses and analyzing data to create impressions and implications
- Led the research for a 360 degrees TNA for some client organizations, and designed and implemented learning interventions using ADDIE for Leadership and HRM Development
