Working full-time in the areas of Learning and Development, I also practice as a self employed therapist, offering online and offline counseling and psychotherapy services since May 2023. Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Informed Care. I thrive in collaborative, people-centered environments, where teamwork and open communication are the driving forces behind our success. Inspired by the beauty and wisdom of nature, I'm passionate about bio-mimicry, finding innovative solutions by emulating nature's designs. By hobby, I am an enthusiast wildlife photographer.

  • Curated over 15 plus 360 degree competency assessment tools and built various competency frameworks for clients
  • Further involved in the statistical testing of validation and reliability of the tools, identifying trends within the responses and analyzing data to create impressions and implications
  • Led the research for a 360 degrees TNA for some client organizations, and designed and implemented learning interventions using ADDIE for Leadership and HRM Development
  • Another part was to do with measuring training effectiveness of interventions and ensuring information retention using the Kirkpatrik Model of Evaluation
