• Supported Research Analysts and Senior Research Analysts by resolving content collection queries, coordinating with methodology and quality teams to ensure error-free data, and addressing fund data collection team issues.
• Gained hands-on experience in Process Specialist responsibilities, including creating dropdowns for advisors and brand names, bulk uploading large historical time-series datasets (NAV, SHO, distributions), performing SECMAS and institution corrections, and developing profiles to accurately identify NAV, SHO, and distribution data for funds.
• Part of the BMO prelaunch project for U.S. and Canadian-domiciled ETFs/ETNs, contributing from the early testing phase through to the successful handoff from Thomson ONE to FactSet. • Utilized report runners to monitor missing data in Portmas as part of holdings screener maintenance; performed bulk uploads into ownership workflows and conducted post-upload validations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Conducted refresher training sessions to address common Errors, trained analysts to meet process accuracy standards, and led knowledge transfer sessions for new team members.
