• Worked with Ion Chromatography (IC) and Sample preparation ( SP ) - BU with Thermo Fisher Scientific Global (Client) - Product Sustenance and Optimization Engineering Dept.
• Worked with Team Size of 6 (3 Senior & 3 Associate Consultants), responsible for scheduling, tracking, quality of deliverables for projects we take care.
• Assigning tasks to team members as per priority and customer requirement.
• Solved problems of Quality, Availability (End of Life) and Compliance projects (Regulatory) of Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Service and Engineering Departments through ECR / ECO.

• Responsible for Level 1 & 2 Projects - ECR/ECO creation, Validation, Stake holders Involvement, approvals till implementing change.
• Supported BU in two product launches "AQUION RFIC" and "EASION" with Documentation and BOM structuring.
• Worked on AS-DV autosampler redesign project to reduce the foot print size which includes sheetmetal and plastic parts redesign. submitted the concepts.
• Supported on "AT280 PFAS tubing kits" project which is process improvement project which includes detailed study on current assembly, Documentation, BOM restructuring, Design review and ECO creation.

• Supported on many sustaining projects to resolve quality issues and legacy cad issues.
• Detail Study of project and communication discrepancies found with stake holders.
• Prepare Specification sheets, BOM, and Updating documentation.
• Having design review within stake holders and ECO creation and submission.

• KLR Industries is one of leading manufacturers of drilling rigs. It Manufactures & Export Various Applications like Water Well Drilling, Piling, Mineral Exploration, Blast Hole, Core Drilling & Many Custom Made Rigs.

2D to 3D legacy Conversion

The main objective of this project is , as model was in its old state requiring being suited in modern standards i.e. to entirely re-engineer. The conversion of older 2d cad drawings to 3d modeling with optimization such as increasing structure rate design, weight, production rate & machinability and then creating legacy conversions for production. Got good appreciation for this project and we started converting all remaining product lines.

Rig Automation

These projects involve incorporating automation for rigs using PLCs and electromechanical valves. In this team, used to support through CAD documentation and got some knowledge on Hydraulics. Supported on few projects like Auto rod changer, Auto drilling for KLR K4, ITH-60, etc.
