• Played a Lead role in CRM HIVE analytics team, automating financial processes and optimizing cloud costs for data extraction and transformation.
• Engaged in regular discussions with client to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial optimization strategies.
• Implemented initiatives to streamline financial operations and reduce costs, resulting in significant savings for client.

• Data Mining and Modeling: Collected, cleansed and provided modeling and analyses of
  structured and unstructured data used for major business initiatives. Outcomes: 15% reduction in processing time.
• Created visually impactful dashboards in Excel for data reporting by using pivot tables and
  VLOOKUP.
• Extracted, interpreted and analyzed data to identify key metrics and transform raw data
  into meaningful, actionable information.
• Identifying outliers in reports and deep diving into report to understand why does report have outliers.
• Forecasting Number of sessions that will be held at Deloitte University at Westlake.

  be converted into online sessions.

• Analyze the Customer Experience Metrics and send reports accordingly.
• Deep diving into the CEM report and check the areas of improvement and suggesting plans accordingly.
• Creating reports for leadership to see which types of emails are receiving more surveys and suggesting plans accordingly.
