In my role as Team Lead Intern at Amazon, I managed end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing logistics, and distribution for timely deliveries. I controlled inventory levels, fostered supplier relationships, and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards. Utilizing data analytics, I identified trends and implemented improvements.
