- Working in the BFSI domain with Ameriprise Financial US, managing offshore operations that support applications responsible for internal payment calculation systems for Ameriprise Financial advisors and bank.
- Identified and resolved critical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability by implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues, enhancing pre-existing scripts, and tuning database performance.
- Implemented proactive monitoring solutions to detect and mitigate potential issues before they impact users, thereby improving overall health and hygiene of the application team.
- Worked on building Sumo Logic dashboards for application validations and health checks. Contributed on building Site reliability dashboard to keep track of all incidents, problems and changes in our queue.

- Project Kappa: Played a pivotal role in the end to end migration of the complex DCM application from on-premise Kyndryl servers to AWS cloud, as part of the Ameriprise system upgrade.
- Python Remediation: Led the complete remediation of 50+ python scripts within the DCM application as part of the cloud migration. Upgraded scripts from Python 2 to Python 3, ensuring compatibility and functionality by thoroughly testing each script.
- The personal Assistant: Identified scattered and poorly documented project related data across multiple locations , which hindered efficiency and was tough to understand things for new joiners specially. I highlighted the issue , proposed and later worked on developing a centralized system to consolidate all project-related data into a unified database repository.
- ID and Certificate: Oversaw the management of 70+ IDs and certificates, including load balancer and message-level security, for various applications. Ensured compliance with security protocols and proactively mitigated potential issues , contributing to seamless performance and reliability. Also, worked on Creation of new certificates and SSH connections as part of migration to cloud.
