Individual responsibilities:

  • Set up a new observability dashboard in AppDynamics, Kibana, and Grafana. Set guidelines for monitoring standards for ITRS.
  • Handling L3 issues for the ITRS Geneos monitoring tool deployed on over 200 production servers, hosting more than 2,000 applications running on 50,000 machines across the globe.
  • Set up ETL pipelines to extract data from various sources, like ServiceNow, ELK, ITRS Config XMLs, and store it to generate statistics for reporting purposes.
