• Connected with Amazon Sellers and Vendors using Amazon Internal Communication Software for the product listed by sellers which comprised of Lithium Batteries.
• Collected test reports of batteries from seller by connecting on Email and Call based platform by Amazon.
• Validated test reports as per UN 38.3 standards and permitted products to go live on the marketplaces availing and directing Amazon Facilitation Centers with carriage SOP's.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT - GLOBAL TRADE SERVICES ( GTS )

• Classified products based on Standard Operating Procedures.
• On critical ASINS on which queries or issues arrises, contact seller and vendor by creating Cases ( Tickets ) requested proper documents as per compliances and resolved those cases, making sure the products are active for selling on Amazon.
• Write syntaxes which auto-classify similar products under a specific policy that governs the respective marketplace.
• Worked on various programs namely Harmonized Tariff code classification,EPR regulations,Manual Classification of Dangerous Goods, according to the rules laid down by various governing bodies (ADR, 49 CFR, DOT, TDG, IATA)
• Identify, investigate and document compliance violations and recommended corrective measures.
• Provided expert guidance on complex regulatory matters, supporting business growth while maintaining compliance standards.

ONBOARDING - DANGEROUS GOODS SELLERS & SOP IMPLEMENTATION

• Hazmat or Dangerous Goods are strictly regulated due to the risks of chemical or physical properties of these products or substances during handling, storage, transport and disposal.
• Manually classified products primarily to provide directions for ASINs that are regulated based on transport and storage laws wh ich mandates special requirements to be taken while shipping the dangerous goods.
• As per IATA regulatory guidelines carriage of permitted products to be carried by Air/Sea/Roadways was identified based on documentations.
• In case of critical Asins which are "UTC" Unable to be Classified connected with Teams which managed ground custom compliance and approvals or rejection and then finalized the classification based on their Approvals.
