➢ Assisting the customers with the Onboarding sessions over meetings for the new or renewal licensing models.
➢ Responsible for smooth conduct of overall transitions of the customers from one Cloud environment to another.
➢ Educating the clients for the new licensing models over meetings on various tools like Teams, Adobe connects, Blue-Jeans.
➢ General walkthroughs of the adobe tools included in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop apps and the main Admin console.
➢ Connect with the Admins of the organizations in context to the expiring serial numbers and assist them with the working of Various check tools using Microsoft SCCM and Apple ARD.
➢ Keeping regular checks on the complete deployment of the Licenses and scheduling check-in meetings with the admins post the onboarding sessions.
➢ Communicating and arranging detailed sessions based on How To's for Single sign-on usage, AWS, ADFS, OKTA, and Azure for the deployment options with the clients.
➢ Helping admin with their successful application deployment over the cloud environment
➢ Help them to create a service account to access the Adobe Admin console
➢ Provide assistance for successful cloud migration, Provide infrastructure as a service.
➢ Merge user’s Environment with Adobe Environment so that they can use the Adobe Cloud services
➢ Developing a Positive Business - client relationship with the Clients at the Business level and keeping a regular proactiveness in their requirements from the Business.
➢ Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as the Engineer team, and Assignment teams to resolve customer’s requirements.
➢ Keeping a track of customer interactions and highlighting the improvements required.
➢ Have been playing a key role between the Client and the Support system of Adobe to help the clients with their technical requirements.
➢ Taking care of the Client’s queries as an SME for the customers who are already onboarded and facing issues with the technical aspect of the tools.
