  • SMART Goals: Implemented 5 major pillars for overall business delivery. All delivery teams, 6 months.
  • CATALYST Improvement Project: Physical server migration into virtual server. Huge savings in CAPEX and OPEX. Migrated production physical servers on VMWare and UAT on Hyper-V, 4 months.
  • Proxy Upgrade Project: Upgraded older version physical proxy servers to virtual proxy servers to version 6.0. Proxy servers running Linux version 5.5, 12 weeks.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Alerts Management Project: Implemented Nagios alert systems to monitor the infrastructure. All LMS platforms, 2 months.
  • DC and DR Migration: Drafted RFP, evaluated DCs co-location services, and negotiated a new contract. Migrated 400+ DC components to a new Tier IV state-of-the-art data center in Mumbai and Hyderabad.
