- Manage Plant Level and Upgrades (PLUG) Inside sales team for techno-commercial sales support to End customers in MEAI region
- Evaluate valve problems reported by customers by reviewing the installed valves details, analysing actual operating data and to identify the root cause of the valve failures
- Finalize the suitable upgrade solution to address customer problems in concurrence with other stakeholders such as Pre-engineering and Advanced Engineering service team

- Manage a team of Inside Sales Engineers, assign customer RFQ’s and balance the workload and ensure on time quotation submission to customers
- Review the proposals for accuracy and ensure timely submission of proposals and periodic follow-up
- Analyse history of projects won and lost to arrive at appropriate market pricing for each account
- Plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies for the projects
- To ensure the updation of various sales tools on a regular basis
- To ensure on-time order transfer to factory team
- Maintain the KPI’s as given by the business leaders throughout the year.
