• Bootstrapped uMetric team - Uber's Metric platform which standardizes 12K+ metrics across all business applications, and maintains the overall life cycle of a metric. uMetric supports real-time & non-real-time metrics using Apache Flink & Spark ( pre-computations) processing up to TBs of data daily. It stores the data in Hive, Pinot, Elastic Search & DocStore depending on the freshness & latency requirements of the clients in Uber. It also powers the best-in-class in-house visualization tool called Panorama and supports uMetric Insights using Tableau .

• Global Intelligence - Uber's competitive Intelligence platform across Mobility & Delivery orgs to calculate the weekly Category Position (Market share) & NPI w.r.t competitors. It processes external vendor & internal data using Spark Jobs & Machine learning models to calculate CP across multiple countries and LOBs.

Key Highlights:

Playing a Manager of Manager role, Hired 20+ engineers in 2023 across other charters, Excellent Employee Survey results, and Consistently delivered OKRs across programs with the right focus on Engineering & Operational excellence.

• Successfully built up and led a full stack team of 23 developers out of Bangalore
• Led Sam's In Club Fulfillment application (Quick Pick) delivering 100K orders daily including Club Pickup orders and it's LIVE across 600 Sam's clubs having annualized GMV of $100M
• Complete application has been built up from scratch with latest technologies using Azure Cloud platform following microservices design principle.
• Expanded D2H based Last mile solution 'Ship from Club (SFC)' to 100+ Clubs from 5 in a year, thereby shipping more than 50K+ orders per day
• Successfully delivered BYOD (Bring your Own Device) feature for Quick Pick, a mobile app for both Android & iOS versions

• Leader with hands-on, delivering solutions & designing along with people management leading a team of 30 members working on Strategic, BAU and Regulatory programs in compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• In 2018, Led a complete Resourcing/Hiring effort to fourfold Market Risk team from 15 to 50+ members overall in India
• Led Data Management or Feed Loading teams (Basel 2.5 Sensitivity feeds from around 400 Internal systems providing around 8 million records and FRTB XiNG-based feeds) and Market Data from both Internal & External Systems (MarkIT)
• Also led Limit Monitoring Application, which provides various functionalities to monitor, update and approve limits across various Volcker Desks and all businesses in Citi.
• Led Permitted Product List Application which maintains complete Citi's Product taxonomy.
• Led Historical Time Series application which maintains 400K Risk factors Data Store (with Data Sourcing, Data Filling, DQ and versioning), along with GUI in Ext-JS technology.

• Phoenix - Trade Loading - Credit Risk - Basel 3.0 as Development Manager
• Phoenix has been the biggest application in RBS and is a complete Credit Risk Solution
• Within Phoenix there are various streams like Trade Loading, Capital Calculation, Gateway, Backtesting, Simulation, Deal Clearance etc. Trade Loading Module is intended to load trades coming through various sources (all-internal systems) with a huge set of daily loads of around 2.2Million trades (both Intraday and End of the day Trades) generating Capital report, Repo VAR etc
• Indicium and Risk Factor Control (RFC) - Market Data System as Technical Lead, Indicium is Market Data Time Series application which supports automated processing & validations (cleansing) of various feeds data delivered by external systems like Bloomberg, Reuters, MarkIT & few internal web services & argon based feeds using Spring Batch Process to calculate VAR (Value At Risk) .

• X-Ray, Mammography - Healthcare Domain
• Ported ADS (Acquisition Digital System) X-Ray based Mammography Software Platform from SUN Solaris-8 running on Sparc-SB150 architecture on SUN Solaris 10 running on U-20 (X-86) architecture
