- Canbank Factors Limited - Initiated the complete divestment process to unlock the investment.
- Canara Robeco AMC and Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited - Initiated the IPO process to ascertain the value of the company and improve corporate governance.
- Canbank Computer Services Limited - Initiated a process of making the company a credit card company and transferring the Banks credit card business to the company.
- Canfin Homes Limited - Structural changes made, namely moved from a 2-tier system to a 3-tier system for better control and connect. Initiated the process of revamping the entire IT infrastructure of the company.
- In all the RRBs, we have implemented DFS GoI-prescribed 21 digital services by March 2024, and we were the only sponsored bank to achieve this feat.
