Zonal Sales Manager responsible for driving regional sales growth for Tata Business Hub, a digital B2B marketplace for steel and construction materials, integrating material aggregation, digital procurement, and credit solutions through partners such as Tata Capital and Aditya Birla Capital. Managed end-to-end sales operations across MSMEs, EPC contractors, government projects, and real estate developers.
- Led zonal sales operations for steel and construction materials including TMT bars, structural steel, and allied products, catering to infrastructure, EPC, government, and real estate clients.
- Managed and mentored a team of 6 sales executives, driving performance through target setting, reviews, and on-ground support.
- Generated and converted sales enquiries into confirmed orders, contributing to consistent achievement of zonal revenue targets.
- Identified and tracked government tenders, mapped key contractors, and proactively approached them for material supply opportunities.
