Event Assessment and workflow is a product of ING banking which is designed for KYC of the applicant. Event assessment data from EA cases should be sent to enterprise data lake, where information across all ING sources is gathered as input for reporting. The same approach has been implemented downloading the report. Verify the KYC of a person both onboarding, periodic review and EDR customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in requirement discussions and pull user stories into sprints.
• Review user story completion and present demos in every sprint release.
• Test applications developed using Pega tool, ensuring functionality and performance.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 members, ensuring task completion and quality delivery.
• Follow Scrum (Agile) methodology to accomplish tasks incrementally, sprint by sprint.
• Involved in deployment activities using Azure CI/CD pipeline, deploying applications up to the production environment.

Which saves fuel and time with less human effect.

• Take responsibility for reviewing user story completion and presenting demos in every sprint release.
• Use Linux systems to test the application, ensuring its reliability and performance.
• Follow Scrum (Agile) methodology to manage tasks and complete them incrementally, sprint by sprint.
• Install builds on both backend and frontend servers and participate in review migration meetings for production releases.

CCS Designer stands for customer communication designer It’s an IVR application helping in FRM and RIM application. FRM is a fraud detection system which detects the fraud transaction gives a call to customer. RIM is a loan related application. On late fee of customer system will call and inform the customer to pay the EMI amount

• Testing Environment: Utilized Linux systems to rigorously test applications, ensuring a robust environment for both manual and automated testing.

CIRT is an Cenduit Interactive Response Technology. CIRT helps in collecting, analyzing and managing clinical trial data. IRT allows user to gather patient related data at study site. It helps to manage trial medication flow to sites and tracks which patient gets which medication.

• Acting as a Senior Test Engineer in the R&D team,
• Following Scrum (Agile) Methodology to finish the task sprint by sprint,
• Actively involved in the Test Case Design using the Functional Documents and system Requirement specification.
• Using Postman (API Testing).
