• Used OmniStudio components to streamline processes and implement a customized UI for improved data visibility.
• Optimized data model by creating fields and record types to handle types of information. I also managed profiles and permission sets to ensure secure information sharing during business interactions.
• Worked on dynamic forms, page layouts to organize fields, custom links and other components on record detail pages.
