1. Recruitment & Selection.

  • Sourcing the candidate as per department need.
  • End-to-end recruitment sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-up, background verification, etc.
  • Responsible induction of new employees.
  • Release the offer letters to candidates post final selection approval from the decision makers.
  • Releasing the appointment letters to employees upon joining.

2. Wage & salary.

  • Responsible for daily attendance downloading and monitoring the attendance register, wherever applicable.

3. HR Statutory Compliance.

Heading Statutory compliance activities,

  • Online ESIC & EPF Chelan generation.
  • Issue the Temporary ESI Cards and updating the employee details online.
  • ESIC, EPF Documents Submission (With drawl claim).
  • Factories Act: Annual returns & Half Yearly returns preparation and submission through online to the Labor Department.
  • Labor Welfare Fund returns preparing and submission.
  • Preparing monthly ECR copies of EPF and ESIC.
  • Making online payment of EPF and ESIC.

4. Training & Development.

  • Identification of training needs, preparing training calendar as per the company norms.
  • Organizing and Coordinating for all respective training programmes.
  • Responsible First Aid training programs for employees.
  • Ensuring implementation of the training programme as per schedule.
  • Responsible for gathering feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Responsible for 5S implementation at the workplace.

5. General Administration:

  • Responsible for overseeing the general administration of the organization.
  • Issue of ID cards to employees.
