Description:
The application helps the technicians to resolve the end customers problems by getting the details in the system. The customer support team can view the tickets and understand the problems in the network devices or issues in the end customer devices.
Based on the issue the support team will guide the technicians or the end customers to resolve the issue.
Technologies: Vb.net, C#, MVC, Oracle
Responsibilities:
- Upgraded application from .Net framework 2.0 to 4.8 and updated the packages also. after upgradation validated application performs well.
- Involved in smoke testing after the upgradation.
- Reported vulnerability issues are fixed during migration.
