- 200 TPD and 500TPD Sponge Iron Division Major Shut down for Replacement/ Maintenance of Kiln / Cooler Segment, Kiln Discharge, Tyre / Support Rollers, Gear and Pinion, DSC/ ABC / Elbow Duct and stack work.

- 5 MT Electric Arc Furnace.

- 40MT/Hr Accretion Handling System.

- Designing, Execution and commissioning of 120000 Cum/ Hr capacity Pollution Control Unit for 12MTX6 Induction Furnace.

- Design, Fabrication and Installation of Bag Filter (120000Cum/Hrx1(for PSB), 60000 Cum/Hr x 1(for Cooler Discharge), 40000 Cum/Hr x 2 (for Primary and secondary coal circuit) and 25000 Cum /Hr x 1 (Boiler House).

• 1. Responsible of O&M of 9MVA Furnace for production of Ferro silicon.
• 2. Executed Project of 7.5 MVA x 2 Nos. Ferro alloys Furnace.

• Manage Green field & Brown field Projects and Turnaround project of PDO for fabrication, Inspection, Erection of Mechanical equipment’s and Pipeline / Flow line work.

• QA/QC of fabricated Equipment’s, ERW Pipe, Bridges etc Inspection for steel, PWD, Power, Mines Industries. Responsible for Inspection based on document i.e. PQP, ITP, WQP, PQR, WQR, Hydro testing of lines, paintings procedure, Hardness testing etc, NDT- RT, MP, UT, DP etc.

• Managed Green field & Brown field Projects and Turnaround shutdown work of Piping Work, at Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Fertilizer & Qatar Steel.

• Pollution control system for Ferro alloy Furnaces, capacity 150K, 110K and 80K with Water cooled Heat exchanger.

Responsible for Shutdown and Turnkey Project work,Mechanical maintenance and erection of Heavy Equipment like Heat exchanger, columns, Reactor, structural work and piping work of IBR / non-IBR, Alloy etc., Plant maintenance, Shut down Work in Refinery and fertilizer plants.

- Installation of Uria plant and Pipeline work of NPK (Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) Plant at Zuari Industries Ltd, Goa.

- Fabrication and Erection of shell of Dryer Dia. 2.5 m x 12 m long at Narmada Valley Corporation Ltd. Bharuch (Gujrat).

- Fabrication and erection of pipeline (SS – 3000” Dia., ALLOY – 500” Dia., MS-13000” Dia, CS - 8000” Dia.) and Piping Supports. For HPCL, BPCL refinery and Fertilizer unit.

Responsible for Estimation and costing, design, drawing, Inspection of castings and fabricated equipment for Steel Plants, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Mines, Railways, Defence and other Govt./Pvt. Industries

2. 140 tons Hot Metal Ladle and Ladle Car for M/s. SJK Steel Plant Ltd., Hyderabad and M/s

Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd., Hospet (Andrapradesh).

3. Mudgum and Drillgum Assembly for M/s Neelanchal Ispat Nigam Ltd, Jajpur (Orissa).

4. 6 MVA Ferro alloy Unit for MOIL, Balaghat -MP.

POWER PLANT PRJECTS (Green Field) : -

1. Coal Handling Plant Project at 210 MW Thermal Power Unit, Khaparkheda , Nagpur (MH).

2. DM Plant, tank fabrication and Erection -capacity 500 Cum.

3. Waste Water Treatment Unit Capacity (STP ) – 200 KLD.
