- Conducting pre-sales site survey of the hotel (Wired and Wireless Site Survey Using Ekahau and airmagnet Site Survey Tool), network designing, documentation i.e. wireless marking's and profitable BOM)
- LAN and WAN installation, configuration, and support and IOS updates (Cisco routers, switches and HP Switches)
- WLAN installation, configuration and support and firmware updates (Ruckus, HP, Aruba and cisco)
- Project planning, scoping, estimation, tracking and updating periodically to PMO.
- Conduct UAT with third party auditor specially MI properties.
- Aruba LAN and wireless network implementation.
- Ruckus wireless network implementation with Smartzone and Zondirector environment.
- Post installation wireless site survey with Ekahau and Airmagnet application.
- Juniper SRX configuration, Juniper Switch Configuration.
- Meraki network implementation including security appliances, switches and wireless.
- Fortigate Firewall configuration
- Successfully completed approx. 120 projects (Hotel HSIA) in India and India sub continental within fixed time.
- Worked closely with two groups of hotels and assisted in achieving guest satisfaction above 85% on quality of internet services.
- Reduced the price of materials procurement which helped sales to achieve the target and also fight with competitors.
- Efficiently designed the network of approx.150 hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, Leela, Oberoi, Pan Pacific, Oakwood and IHG etc.) across India and India sub continental.
- Successfully implemented IP TV solution in Grand Hyatt Kochi.
- Successfully implemented Nomadix Casting Solution.
- Successfully implemented UAT approx. 45 Marriott sites in India & subcontinent and South East Asia.
