  • When I took charge of this project, % usage of transformation of PB to Java Version of Trade360 was 47% in June 2019 and by April 2020 % usage of transformation increased to 97.8%
  • This was one of critical project across CGI which was RED engagement. Organised collaborative efforts from high performing cross functional team to deliver quality Have Version of Trade360 to client banks. we turned this project from Red to Green engagement in 9 - 10 Months.
  • Delivered Successful multiple emergency releases and hot fixes to client bank on 10.2 Release (which was 1st Release after Trade360 was completely transformed from PB to Spring framework based Java Version).
