Job Responsibilities
Achieving pre set sales targets through direct sales via distributors. Developing innovative sales strategy for different products. Frequently conduct field visits C&F and distributors and interact with them for generation of business opportunities.
Operational Excellence
Ø Developing and maintaining relations with peers from competition and competitors’ distributors to gather information.
Ø Setting sales objectives for distributors and communicating it to them and also assisting the distributors for successful Accomplishment of the same.
Ø Forecast inventory level and implement measures to attain optimum level of inventory in order to maximize profit.
Ø Coordinate direct supplies and collections.
Ø Handling field staff and maintaining their rooster program.
Ø Leading a sales staff of 26 people and almost 26 distributors Network.
Marketing and Business Development:
Ø Finalizing Bulk land deal from Farmers to develop Township and also finalize FSI from reputed companies to develop Group housing and commercial project
Ø Liasoning with authorities to sanction the different projects map
Ø To Control Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Administrative Activities Independently
Ø Managing Commercial, Legal, Marketing for Brand development
Ø Monitoring sales, customer care team and Revenue collection team to achieve the Target
Ø Maintenance and Updating of Customer record and other legal documents
