• Support German Customers with the Backup, Restore and Replication issues
• Assisting the Client’s Backup Requirements and Strategically helping them in Implementations.
• Backup Implementations such as Configurations Related such as Disks(Local and Remote), Tape Drives, Tape Libraries, NAS, SAN and Cloud as well.
• Support Windows Servers and Microsoft Hyper- V environments (windows server 2003 2008 2008R2, 2012, 2012 R2 and 2016)
• Configurations support with the Various Applications Such as Exchange, SQL,Oracle, Share Point and their Backups and Restores.
• Understanding of Various Known Hypervisors Such as Microsoft Hyper-V, ESX, Citrix and Latest Nutanix.
• Troubleshoot issues related to backup failures and provide resolution based on RCA(Root Cause Analysis)
• Customer "On-Boarding" to cloud Instances and Cloud Monitoring
• Creating the KB articles based on new findings from troubleshoot process
• Recreating the customer issues with in-house LOD`s to understand the issue and to provide solutions
• Co-ordinate with Development team in finding the bugs at product level and publish associate patches.
