• Coordinate with VIP's, CIP's, Passengers travelling in First class about their queries and provide them with best possible services, like 'seat preferences, lounge facilities etc.'
• Making baggage discrepancy reports on flight and following up with origin station
• Provide proactive service to passengers prior to check-in such as, managing queues, handling denied boarding passenger, staff passengers, helping families, identifying those with special needs and code share passengers, so that they are directed to the relevant check-in counters and are handled efficient.
• Supported operational efficiency by maintaining accurate records of flights, cargo, and passenger information.
