• Handling Dealers and contractors in Chennai -Zone .
• Maintaining Orders, payments and as well as stocks of my Retailers.
• Handling nearly 15 Retailers and nearly 50 Focus Contractors in my given Market.
• CRO role is to maintain Primary as well as Secondary sales of the company.
• On-boarding new prospects and conduct meets with contractors & Builders for new business development.
• I had onboarded potential dealers like J.J Hardware & S.M Vaduvukani hardware till date.

Responsibilities :

• To overcome organization target given to retailers.
• To enable, engage and involve customer or contractors to purchase jsw paints.
• Take care of loyalty points which is given to painters & contractors by the company.
• To over see the exclusive sites and painters site physically on daily basis.

• Overseeing pre to post sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction.
• Set and achieved company defined sales goals.
• Engaged with customers to build rapport and loyalty.
• Creating new business development and performance of all sales activities related to products in assigned market.
• Acquisition of new sub dealers & Direct Retailers.
